Our new Fat-Tailed Dunnarts! 🥺

Weighing around 15 grams, fat-tailed dunnarts are one of Australia’s smallest carnivorous marsupials. These little ones are still babies, making them even tinier!

They are nocturnal, which means they spend their nights exploring and hunting for insects. Their tails store fat, providing an important energy reserve when food is scarce.
You can see them now in our Nocturnal House! 🌚
